French of Tanzanica have gained their holdings in Tanzanica almost all through
the indiscipline of their officers. They are constantly told to hold territory
and not expand, but each officer wants to able to say he has captured some
tribe or another. As a result French expeditions are constant. Each officer
knows if he succeeds he will be forgiven, and probably promoted, but if
he fails he might as well die in the attempt.
French and English dislike one another immensely and constantly try to cause
each other trouble. This leads to many 'rumored' encounters between these
countries even though their countries are at peace.
